Ofcourse i'd rather have the GP rather than him being banned.
So i'd love to resolve this issue in a way that satisfies both parties.

Sorry, but I wasn't aware there was another user affected as well. I've gone ahead and banned him. Hopefully you can get everything sorted and everyone unbanned & content. If not, you're free to chargeback whenever you decide.
