Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

what took place:
Andy added an additional ruling after the thread was resolved that we would receive a TWC for poor trading practices in the trade. I think this is ridiculous and seems to be based out of some misconceptions about RSPS trading mechanics as well as just shitting on my workers poor english skills, so thanks for that.

why you disagree with the decision:
Andy stated that my worker contradicted his comment about the trustworthiness of our supplier "worker recommended the customer leave the gold on the account for a few days and said that the supplier was trustworthy. The worker later contradicts this by logging in themselves to change the pin and stating that the supplier was a bit crazy."

Steer my worker who said this is Venezuelan and his English isn't perfect, he didn't mean that the supplier is not trustworthy, he meant our supplier was anxious for confirmation that the pin had been properly changed, after the customer expressed some concern about his ability to change the account details. As my post outlines, the gold on the account was provided from the supplier of our supplier, and this account was a high donation rank in runewild. So our supplier was doing his due diligence to make sure he created a safe transfer environment between his gold supplier and the account going to our customer. This is how he ensures safe trades, and why we deal with him often. It's not Andy's place to decide if our supplier is trustworthy based on one or two sentences of chat logs. I can provide screenshots of probably 20+ trades completed with this supplier. The supplier was anxious to make SURE the trade was SECURE, I don't see how that could contribute to bad trading practices, if anything it's good trading practices.

secondly Andy cited that my worker steer accessed the account post delivery without the customers specific consent. This isn't an account sale, it's an rsps gold sale, the account is the vehicle of transfer of the gold. The customer has given us consent to access the account just by agreeing to an account transfer. To complete an account transfer we have to verify account and gold statuses and this often involves us accessing the account. This often occurs prior to the account delivery but nowhere in our TOS does it state we are prohibited from accessing the account to ensure a smooth trading process. IN fact our TOS states that we verify all accounts, while not stating specifically how we do this, it is our prerogative, and the customer must verify via screen sharing, recording, or screenshotting, that they received the proper gold or they have no ability to claim a delivery was not as described as we verify all account transfers for rsps gold trading. My worker accessing this account to change the PIN for confirmation was well within our rights and our due diligence in securing the transfer.

Space Station Gold is a fucking pioneer in rsps gold trades via account transfer. I have seen countless reports 10+ involving account transfers for rsps gold trades where no party involved in the trade verified the status of an account and then there is a debate between the supplier and buyer about the status of the gold.

I myself have reported on sythe and busted MULTIPLE suppliers using photoshop and other doctoring methods for fake gold verification on RSPS account transfers. Just use the search bar and you'll find the reports.

We at space station gold have a custom verification process that results in thousands of safe and secure account transfers for RSPS gold deliver INCLUDING THIS TRADE. This TWC seems to come from little to no understanding of rsps trading mechanics.

If you think that trade was bad trading practices you should remove the entire RSPS Trading section cause that's a fucking joke. Even RSPS trades done with Middle man with hundreds of trades worth of experience still experience issues with the account transfer delivery method. IT is the most secure method of transfer ban rate wise, and we are one of the only groups who can execute it properly. TWC for this is bs.


edit: I would also like to mention we are still working with the customer who posted the report in an attempt to help him appeal his in game ban on the account using some of the account creation info such as geoIP etc, we have a secure and safe service
