    Explanation of the trade:

    [First Purchase: 31st May]
    • @StaleDev offered me cracked accounts as an alternative as he ran out of generated accounts due to Twitch / Amazon security update.
    • Purchased 200 accounts at 350k for total of 70M.
    • Encountered 16 failed accounts. So he sent me additional 50 accounts to replace.
    [Second Purchase: 1st June]
    • Purchased additional 400 accounts at 275k each for total of 110M.
    • Only received 382 accounts as he said that the balance from the 50 accounts (replacements from 31st May) adds up to more than 400 accounts in total. I accepted it at first.
    • After checking (1.5-2hrs later), most were claimed 3-5hrs before I even received them. I then asked for replacements.
    • He informed me that he will try to get generated accounts to replace.
    [3rd June]
    • After checking in a few times, he informs me that he does not have any generated accounts. I requested for a refund which was ignored.
    • He then informed me that he is working on a new method where he will automatically apply membership to his customer's accounts for them when they purchase from him and offered me the same.
    • I rejected his offer and requested for a refund if he was not able to replace the accounts at that time. Stale then expressed that he has no money on his runescape account at the moment.
    • In order to meet him half way, I was willing to wait 24 hours for a refund. All I got in return was him saying 'I will try, but I did say that cracked accounts were risky and we'd be testing it out. I made it all very clear'.
    • In the end, he did say that he will either get me memberships on my account or my money back. To which I responded, between the two, I would like to get a refund for the non-working accounts when he has the gp for it. [I paid 110M for 400 non-working accounts at this point]
    • Note: I run my farm with a team and we have a system in place which I prefer to not alter. Also, due to timezones and personal commitments, it was not very convenient. Had I known this would be a prerequisite from purchasing from Stale, I would have opted not to purchase accounts from him. However, there were no such conditions / requirements set.
    [4th June]
    • Stale PMed saying he has 600 working and he will send me 'as close to 600 as he can because it is his fault'.
    • Initially I declined his offer if they were still going to be cracked accounts as it was getting very tedious and troublesome to keep going through replacements after replacements (especially when they get claimed minutes right after I received them from Stale).
    • In the end, since it was clear that I was not going to get generated accounts anytime soon nor a replacement, I accepted. I then informed Stale that I only received 379 accounts and he replied saying, 'that is all i have for now. I've sent well over 440 workings but if any stop working, I will try to get more' (not sure where he got that amount from, tbh)
    • At this point, it was getting really exhausting and I requested for a refund for the remaining accounts that didn't work and which have yet to be replaced.
    • As of then, there were 21 accounts unaccounted for (provided that the latest list were all working). Out of the latest replacement list received, I told him 135 accounts out of 379 accounts were not working.
    • *[5th June] I now realize this was not the case & I said this without checking thoroughly*
    [6hrs Later]
    • He sent me a PRIME CHECKER (which did not work at all) when I informed him that many were still not working.
    • Once again, I asked when is the soonest I can get replacements. If not soon, having left no choice, I asked for him to help me link the accounts (his initial offer to do so to avoid the failed accounts issue) - which was ignored.

    [4hrs Later]
    • I asked for an update and he said 'oops, ye not haven't got back yet still revising'.
    • I then asked if he had any updates as to when? Honestly, I was very done at this point and said that even if he returned he half the gp it would be better than just waiting especially when he's acting like it's a minor issue.
    • He started to get rude and responded saying 'sure, u got 5 minutes' and I didn't respond in 5 minutes so he just said 'k bye'. When I asked why he'd rather pay me in half than in full he said he's already delivered many accounts with membership so he will not be giving me a full refund.
    • I purchased 400 accounts and among all the accounts he's sent me, 241 failed and owed. However, he said he sent me 450 accounts and doesn't believe that 0 worked.
    • He was very rude about it, but in the end, I received a partial refund of 34.5M (he later said I paid 250k per account, so 34.5M would be for 138 accounts) which after calculating and going through the list, I later realized was not even the right amount because I purchased at 275k per account.

    [5th June]
    • My worker informed me that out of the 379 accounts, there were only 159 that was working because the rest were duplicates (220 duplicates).
    • I confronted Stale with screenshots of the duplicates and he did agree that they look like duplicates.
    • His reply was 'I replaced all the ones that didn't work, that wouldn't have worked the second time you tried to redeem it'. He was right about this because only 159 worked at this point.
    • I then requested for a full refund but his reply was 'Didn't you say you redeemed 270 and 130 didn't work'.
    • We tried to link and claim them, and initially we ran into errors with 135 accounts which I sent to Stale. I admit I had yet to finish going through the whole list and requested for replacements prematurely as I wanted to get them ASAP which is why I only found out today about the duplicates after my worker sorted the list.
    • At this point, (~3 hours ago) I told Stale I will double check the actual amount owed to me as I paid 110M for 400 accounts. His reply was 'I've given you like 1000. You paid 250k per' and 'I basically gave you 50% off for cracked accounts'. Till now, he refuses to give me a refund.
    To be clear, he's sent me many accounts, but they are always already claimed / failed accounts. I also paid 275k per account instead of 250k.

    Please refer to the breakdown below:

    ***Breakdown of Purchase***
    • First list: Purchased 200, received 200, 16 failed = 184 working
    • Second list: Purchased 400, received 432 (382 + 50), all failed = 0 working
      • When Stale said he will send me as close to 600 accounts as he can to make up for the replacements, he sent over 2 files claiming there were 400 accounts.
    • Third list: Replacements received 379, 220 failed / duplicates = 159 working
    • 21 accounts undelivered
    • Total Accounts Owed: 16 + 220 + 21 = 257 Accounts
    • First list purchased at: 350k each
    • Second & third list purchased at: 275k each
    • Total Amount Owed: (16 * 350k) + (241 * 275k) = 5,600k + 66,275k = 71,875k
    • Partial Refund Received: 34.5M = 34,500k
    • Balance Refund Owed: 37,375k
    I'm willing to forego the 16 accounts from the first batch (which would make balance refund owed = 66,275k). Just wanted to give a clear explanation on the situation.

    How they scammed: Bought cracked accounts from him because he was out of generated accounts due to Twitch / Amazon security update. He mentioned that his other customers said they would buy if it works. Was promised that he would replace those that don't work, but the replacements consistently don't work. Requested for full refund (only received partial refund and wasn't even at the right rates), but was ignored / declined.

    Hey Stale, the issue I have here is not that you sold me cracked accounts, because I am aware that they are cracked and I am aware that I purchased them knowingly.

    The issue that I have is that:-
    1. The cracked accounts are always not working (even minutes after I receive them and check, they are already claimed), which is why I was requesting for a refund for those that have failed to work;
    2. I purchase in bulk, it takes me some time to go through the accounts as well, hence the 2-3 hours it takes for me to compile the list of non-working accounts for you. As for why I rejected your offer for auto linking services, I've already explained it to you on Discord. AGAIN, I mentioned that Jagex instantly bans Lv. 3 accounts with Primes, if I were to auto-link them with your help, I would just lose the accounts the next day;
    3. My refund requests have been denied multiple times. Is it wrong for me to seek a refund when replacement after replacement, the accounts continue to fail to work? Not sure why you are so adamant on delivering replacements when they keep failing. I was even willing to wait for the refund, but you just informed me that 'They are working accounts with runescape membership available. That is what you paid for and that Is what I am delivering you'.
    4. I've also asked you to help me link them in an effort to settle this (later on), but I was ignored so I resorted to requesting a refund;
    5. Replacement contains duplicates which doesn't even give me a chance to use them;
    6. There are delays in delivery;
    7. The refunded amount was incorrect and when I asked for the right amount, you just said 'nah don't have';
    8. I don't appreciate your rude remarks / replies (ie. Kimberly, shut the fuck up honestly, even now, your reply above). Seriously?
    As for screenshots, I have submitted our whole conversation, only omitting irrelevant conversations about other subjects.

    Scammed by StaleDev (Selling Cracked Accounts)

    We don't allow the trade of cracked/hacked accounts on this site so we won't be mediating this dispute. I have banned you both for a month and applied a DNT, for which you will need to pardon.

    Trading in hacked accounts is not a joke, people can and have been sent to jail for doing so, which is one of many reasons we don't allow it here.

    Kimberly1122 was given false information prior to making this report so I've removed their ban
