Rsps Online

[Kid Buu]

My friend and I are in the process of making an RSPS, but I am having trouble getting it online. Everything works fine, and portforwarding seems to have worked, yet we still can't play on the server together. I changed the ip to the server's ip for him and my static ip for me... any help on what I might be doing wrong?
