@Thatchy - were any terms of service agreed to by the person who supplied you the account with the gold, or the buyer? If so, please provide them here.

Private server gold sale disputes involving an account transfer method falls under our stance on drop trading, due to it's high risk factor:

There are multiple different scenarios that could have taken place in regards to the gold:

• The supplier (EL JOO) could have removed the gold before giving the account details to the re-seller (@Thatchy)
• The re-seller (@Thatchy) could have removed the gold before giving the account details to the buyer
• The buyer could have removed the gold, and then claimed there was no gold on the account when they were given the account details

Per our current stance, I will not be issuing a ruling in regard to who is responsible for the missing gold, as all parties involved in this trade were aware of the trade being outsourced and are not able to provide proof of whether the gold was or was not on the account at the time they delivered and/or received the account.

EDIT: I have removed the TWC as our rules currently state we will not see the report as valid, therefore issuing this would go back on our stance in my opinion. These types of trades are currently being discussed amongst staff as well as the community in the suggestions section. Until a decision is made, I will stick with our current stance. I do apologize for the confusion here, and with that I will go ahead and close this report.
