I know hes already temporarily banned but I'd like to get him permanently banned...

How he scammed: Failed to pay me $30 that was owed from the last $10x5 rolls we did. He did pay me the $30 from the second last set of rolls (as can be seen in my paypal), Said multiple times he sent it and obviously just lying...

 

Temporary bans almost always become permanent bans. Just need to wait for a global moderator to approve the ban. Basically he's already permanently banned.
