Rspooper Temp Ban?

My username is rspooper, but for some reason when I try to type it in the "username" slot it keeps saying already in use. But anyway I was temporarily banned for infractions and the date that my ban was suppose to be lifted was today at 10:00AM. It is now 04:26PM, so why the hell am I still temporarily banned?
