Shown above, is the 200 USD I sent to him. Yeah, the account was 400, but I sent out 200 first, he TOLD ME he recieved it.

Oh, and then there's this, if it means anything. BTW, Pen, his "chatlog" proof doesnt count for anything as Viper said. I just thought that you didnt see that.
