So I'm learning python at the moment and starting with the basics but on a steady success rate so I hope to be able to write many complex scripts by the end of the two years, What would be the best movement to help me learn to hack? and I mean on Anonymous' level, I'm only 14 at the moment so I should have much time to learn...?

Not allowed on sythe, but to answer your question...

If you become very proficient in programming in python, you may be able to do somethings, but probably not on anonymous level. Not to mention what they do is all illegal along with most hacking. (So I strongly suggest you don't do it)

If you want to be on anonymous level, you'll need to learn C, perl, java, python, and a vast knowledge of php/web languages. SQL injections are typically used for hacking websites databases. The other languages are good for hacking PC's. But like I said, you'll need to learn a lot more than just python.

*To mods, I'm just answering his question
