Acc recovered

So @ludde110 sold me this infernal pure acc for 900m i believe, account has been recovered yesterday.
I contacted ludde, he doesnt seem to help and act all stupid.

 

This User bhought the account from me in July of 2020.
He bhought the account once learning that the account was made and previously owned by one of his clan m8s and long time friends.
And knew full and well that I had no recovery info for the account and was happy with that.
Now 6 months later, he comes to me and says the account has been recovered. (after trying to sell it for 400m, failing i might add)
His beef is between his friend, the original owner and not me.

 

After changing RSN yesterday an hour later i get the email comming in for a password change.



That was Friday 5:05pm

 

There is no beef between me and guy you bought it from, so not sure where you get this information from.
You sold me the account, so its your responsability when the account gets recovered.

 

Also, you where looking for a high total account to sell to someone here on sythe, unlucky for me the account YOU sold me had 2k total plus so that matches your criterea.

The account was sold to him over 6 months ago, he was happy to buy the account knowing i didnt have the recovery info, and actually felt safer that i didnt.

In conclution, this buyer knows i could not recover the account. The only other person that could do that would be his friend. "utc" yet tries to blackmail me for 900m, after failing to sell the account for under half the price of what he bhought it for 6 months ago.

 

Yep noticed it was UTC his account by the outfit, still didnt buy the acc from him but from you.
The respond to i dont care, is that i dont care about your bullshit, show entire convos.



UTC is a trusted guy, and you know that. Why would you ask him for a high total account to sell here on sythe, if you think he is not trustworthy?

 

You are selling accounts on this forum, and when a account gets recovered that has been sold by you, you fix it.
Ofcouse i dont care, you just scammed me 900M so you think i would be happy about it.

 

I think, you tried selling the account for 400m, the past month, failed, and you are ow trying to blackmail me into paying you 900m for an account you didnt want anymore. 6 months after the sale. had you just come to me and asked if i wanted to buy the acc back for a lower price, i might have. But this just seems fishy to me.

 

The account was currently being trained by me, turning it into a main account.

Cause indeed i tried to sell it as i dont really had use for this account and thought it would be better to sell it to someone who can make a better use of it.

Once again, i changed name and the same day the acc has been recovered, you or someone else knowing the account is finally in use (havent touched the acc in 6months).

 

And further more. i have checked the account, and with the oo. the account is locked it is not recovered.

 

Account is recovered, my email is not linked ot it anymore.

Also dont pm me on discord saying i blackmail you for 900m.

And reply to this: why did you ask UTC for a high total account to sell on sythe if you claim that he is not trustworthy?

@ludde110 unless you have proof of you explicitly mentioning your recovery responsibility in your ToS, you have recovery responsibility forever by default.

All your screenshots prove is that @nolleH asked you to prepare the account, and to have the email. nolleH said he will PM UTC, and it seems so did you, but UTC rejected your request. There is no chats you've provided that record nolleH's approval or acceptance that you do not have the recovery information.

Therefore, I will give you 24 hours to settle this or else to prove you set terms of service to shirk liability for recovery. If there is no proof or no repayment, @ludde110 will receive a ban until he repays @nolleH for the recovered account. If he does not repay, then it will be considered a scam, the ban will expire in 3 months for scamming, and this will be added to his record via permanent DNT should he ever attempt to request a pardon.

This is you saying you PM'd UTC to ask for the email, and nolleH responding "perfect".

This does not show nolleH accepting the lack of recovery information, nor waive your responsibility for recovered accounts per the rules of the section written by Pend.

 

i also have some sensetive info about the chase i would not like to share publicly aswell

 

My question is, what if the account eventually will get recovered and i get full access to it.

How long and we will have the same problems again?

This account is obviously unsafe and i cant be asked playing this type of account.

I payed 900m for a safe acc to play on and not one that has to be recovered every now and then.
