He recovered the account and I just refunded because I don't want to get scammed, and the kid I sold the account to said he does have the account anymore and now it's a huge mess up because he took the account back.

 

Well I can’t log into the account, and the email is not linked to the account

 

He also said he gave me the original email, but I can’t recover the account

You don't need to prove anything, becouse as a scammer you cant. I'll prove everything for you. As the creator of the account and the only owner, I can recover the account if something happens. So AFTER YOU REFUNDED THE PAYMENT, I successfully tried to recover an account, unfortunately I no more have access to the original account email, as it belongs to you now and locked with your email and phone number. After you refunded the payment, I also tried to contact you about this situation but it seems now that you just blocked me. Also I uploaded whole our chat log in the first post, you can clearly see there my message near the end of conversation, if you got any questions or need any help with the account you can always write to me. But instead you tried to scam me by willing that I can't recover an account. If any mods needs an additional proof or screen share, etc. I'm willing to do this so this person gets the ban and won't scam anyone anymore.

You recovered the account and I just refunded it, it’s as simple as that. If you need any proof just tell me what I need to send for proof.

 

I uploaded the proofs with times when you refunded and when I recovered, did not expect you to be so dumb to be honest

Yes I was bumping, because when I get some time I remember that I want to sell the account as a flip, so then when I got on I realized that I don’t have access to the account and I just refunded it. I blocked you because the first thing you messaged me was the information I sent you and you tried to use it against me, I don’t want to play the using people’s information against them. If you really want to do that, I can just sue you for violating the Privacy Act of 1974.

 

And as you know, PayPal and discord are American companies, which means I have all right to do so
