Anyone can post a random rsn, and do you expect Jagex to ban them? No, due to they do not know if you are telling truth or not. Posting rsn is not harmful.

Yes however in the scenario of selling an account you shouldn't release the name and hide some levels when showing pics of the account because then Jagex can Ban you as you are breaking one of the set rules of Runescape.

Anyways back on topic, goodluck on your pure. I found when I had a level 1 defence pure that it was boring thats why I made my pure into a zerker as they have a greater variety of weapons and styles they can use pking.
