Rsmalls.com and buyrunescape4golds.com are scam sites

Hello, I'll try to provide as much proof of this as possible. I'm posting this on behalf of my friend, who doesn't have experience with sythe.

Here is the description of what happened:
My friend paid for $50 worth of 07. Verified his information over the phone. They told him they were out of stock and to check back in 12 hours. He does, and they say they're out of stock. This was highly suspicious, so I made a chat account and asked if they were in stock and they said yes. So at this point I decide to help him. I go on their chat, explaining the situation. That we'd like a refund or our gold, and I was told that they're out of stock once again. I said I'd stay in the chat and wait until they had stock. An hour later the agent says "Have a nice day" or something to that effect and leaves the chat. Unfortunately I didn't get any of this conversation because once you're kicked from the chat the logs disappear. They wouldn't give them to me when I asked. So I re-join the chat asking another agent and this is the conversation before she kicked me again.

After I managed to email myself the transcript through their livechat I was once again kicked from the chat.

We we're able to discover that their website is associated with rsmalls.com, which has a sythe account and does business here. Not sure if the buyrunescape4golds.com is.

We had a better one confirming they were the same, but we were kicked before we got the transcript (they make an annoying habit of this). This should be sufficient, because anyone can check for themselves and see the sites connect to the same livechat.

Hopefully that should be enough, I'll try and provide what else I can but from that chat you can see what happened. We still haven't been delivered gold or refunded.

God it's absolutely pathetic how these guys treat their customers. Also, 24 hours to deliver $50 worth of RS2007 Gold is a joke. Especially when they claim it's in stock before payment is made.

Try and post another chat where you provide the order information. I'll also PM Julia to reply here immediately. I've got no problem banning Julia if they drag their feet.

I provided the order ID in a text field when entering the chat. Then again I said it in chat, its marked over in red. If you want the specific order ID just message me on skype.

my company chat link all goes with http://chat.okaygoods.com/client.php, and my company service mate is Aimee,Daisy,Zena,David,Jessia who in charge of runescape, and another thing, if you paid by paypal ,rsmalls paypal is [email protected] ,[email protected] , [email protected] ,

so if you get scammed , just go to get the right one , stay away from rsmalls. OK ?

 

R2, there is a chance I'm mistaken, but I wouldn't be shocked if they were the same company either.

They seem to re-direct to the same chat. And I've spoken to similarly named agents. Definitely a Daisy.

We went on br4g before on a new ip/chat name saying basically:

"Hey, we ordered on rsmalls.com but it seems to be down. They're the same livechat right? Can we pick up our gold here?"

They said yes, and then only when I gave more information did they kick me.

I don't know, could have been br4g talking out of their ass or language barrier.

I'm looking for for any br4g association on sythe, and anything else that may link them together. If they really aren't my apologies to Julia.

 

Well, Julia has just sworn to us these companies are different. I will investigate now. If what she's saying is a lie, then I'm gonna ban her. If not, then this case has no legs.

 

There is no proof that those two companies are linked. If such proof arises, please make a new report that links the sites together.
