Explanation of the trade: RSMalls owed me 3193.55 USD. BTC price was favorable so I wanted to cash out. RSMalls agreed, and I went to sleep. 10 hours later I woke up, still no payment. At that time, BTC went up more than 10% and I obviously not only lost all my profit, but even made a loss in selling them gold. They still sent me the payment right after the 10% pump even when I didn't want it (I wanted to wait until BTC dropped back) but they didn't listen and sent the payment anyway. We agreed that I would refund the BTC and fix the amount, meaning I wouldn't be responsible for price fluctuations. But when BTC dropped they started ignoring me when I wanted to refund the payment, and now refuse to pay the difference.



As @video is aware, I used the same exact BTC amount to purchase gold from Chicks. However they only paid me for $3096.25 worth of gold, meaning @Julia still owes me $97.30. They refuse to pay up, altough they agreed to fix the amount. Overall bad communication on their part, constantly getting ignored when I try to resolve it with them. I didn't want to make a report, but they left me with no choice.

first , we scammed u nothing , we did send u exact amount at that point , everybody knows that price of bitcoin is not fixed,You can't ask someone to pay you at the highest price all the time, but as i know thats the way u always command others ,this is unreasonable. secondly , since u didnt wanna my btc , so u refunded it , and Chicks already transferred my btc to gold and gave it back to u , i dont know why u still complained it , actually we are already clear on our payment .

 

Firstly, I sold you gold and when I wanted you to pay me you didn't for 12+ hours, you only paid me after a 10% pump even after I told you I didn't want the payment. How is that fair? You can't pay me only when it's favorable to you. You then agreed that I could refund and that we would fix the BTC amount and debt, but when BTC dropped straight after you ignored me for days when I asked for your BTC address to refund. We had an agreement that you would be the one responsible for the BTC fluctuations, but once this turned out to be unfavorable to you you suddenly can't honor the agreement? That's not how this works, you still need to honor your promises. If BTC went up I would be obligated to refund as well, and you would be the one gaining from the price increase.

 

When gold delivered , i didnt send instantly bcz i dont have enough at that moment , but i sent right away when i got more .As you said, do u remember how many times u told me ‘do not send now ’ after u have delivered gold to us , then u made me send money when btc reached a highest point, is that ur rule ? u can not let ur buyer take the risk

 

i wanna know if this is first time to do business with you ?you guys know i do not have btc and when you ask me send btc ,i need ask chicks to help me send it !we do business for many years,and now bcz of the btc price changed ,and how can you guys asked me to pay for it!we can not control the btc price,look what you did now ????? we can not continue to so business anymore bcz of the btc price change , this is what you wanna ???

 

and dear,i am manager of rsmalls ,you know we always asked chicks to send btc, it may some time delay,i am sorry for your lose ,before you said refund the payment ,i need talk to chicks ,and chicks not always online ,so thats the part of reason why delay,after i confirmed with chicks,we agreed to let you refund the btc payment .after that i paid chicks money .i dont know what happened betweenyou and chicks.I just checked what you reported ,you said chicks gave you golds ,i dont know if you lose money why you agree to take golds? if you dont agree ,you should tell us ,then we pay you paypal payment or pay you when btc goes up or something.but though you agreed to take golds from chicks ,that means you agreed that ,but now you reported us ,its not fair for me ,dear

I'm sorry for the delay. In this situation, Julia sending the btc 12 hours later is not unreasonable due to the nature of how you two do business. As such, Julia is not responsible for price fluctuations in btc, if btc had fallen in price they would have still owed the same amount in USD when they sent. It goes both ways
