Scammer is confusing me...

A guy name bloodandvenom (banned already) claimed his payment and stole $60.00 from me on the 7th. Well just yesterday I sent a request asking him to please give it back so that he wouldn't be banned on the forums. Naturally he ignored it, but instead, he claimed the request also!

So now he already has his $60, but he's asking for another $60 back! All my money flow has been halted and I can't get payments until i resolve the dispute.

When I select the option "I have already refunded this person" (he sorta took it for himself though) I get an error message saying that I can't select that option. The only other two options are to send him a shipping confirmation (which I dont have because it was an account trade) or to refund the payment (which would cost me ANOTHER $60!!!)

What he hell do I do?

 

You will not lose the $60 twice, your money is on paypals hand thats why it seems like you lost $60 already, but if you refund him, you will only lose $60 and that's it.

 

Ring up customer support. I've had good dealings with them.

 

My account balance is 0. It used to be 60. He chargebacked and took the 60. Now two days later its saying I still owe 60...

But now my balance is 0. And I dont want that cunt to take another 60 from my bank.

 

I don't think he has taken the first $60 yet, Paypal is holding it until everything gets figured out.

 

STILL? its been nearly a week...

And it says it needs my response, but the only choice i can choose without an error are refund (would take another 60) or provide shipping proof (never shipped, it was an account that he stole)

My only options now are to just refund him and help him to scam me...

 

It takes about a week or two for the money from the dispute to go back to him. You will not lose another 60 dollars once the dispute is over and done with. The original 60 dollars had already been held by paypal due to the dispute and will go to him if you do not provide evidence and whatnot.

 

Alright. Thanks. Is it normal for my funds to be locked? I tried to send money to myself from another paypal that I have for another reason and it wont send. Its said pending for nearly 12 hours now.
