Terms and Conditions:
- The Ellyphantman and SyuuEU are not responsible for any items lost DURING THE QUEST as a direct result of the quest itself although we'll do our best to make sure this doesn't happen.
- We don’t do any skilling.
- You must either have the items required for the quest or have sufficient cash to enable the quester to buy the items.
- You cannot change the password or attempt to log in while we are questing. If this occurs we are not responsible for completing the quest and payment will not be refunded.
- Me and SyyuEU work together and by sharing account information you are, essentially sharing your information with both of us. You can specify whether or not you would like to have one or the other keep the information confidential but if you don’t, assume that we will both be working on your account.
- SyyuEU and I take every precaution to ensure that your account is in safe hands. We check for viruses, tojans, keyloggers, etc. nearly every day and don’t download any fishy downloads.
- You will be trading the payment first and then you will receive services. We are open to using a trusted (at our discretion as to who is ‘trusted&#8217 MM’s and, of course, OMM’s. We will go first to mods, and OMM’s only. No exceptions.
- Mods of Sythe.org receive a 10% discount and are highly regarded in our service.
- Orders receive the following priority: Special orders, customers that pay for rush orders, Mods, OMM’s, quests over 5m, repeat customers, quests under 5m, and finally, f2p quests.
- We will give an approximate time as to when we can complete your order and you are free to take your business elsewhere if our quote doesn’t fit your schedule but you must tell either SyyuEU or The Ellyphantman if you are choosing to go elsewhere.

Prices: Featuring The Most Comprehensive Pricing System On Sythe

So here’s how we do prices. Lengths and difficulties are according to the official RuneScape website. We take the difficulty, assign it a base cost. From there, we multiply it by percentage that is determined by the length. If the quest is for a pure, we add 10% charge. If the quest is a f2p quest we give a 50% discount. Here’s how that works:

Take the base price of the quest…
Novice- 1m
Intermediate- 2m
Experienced- 3m
Master- 4m
Grandmaster- 5m

Multiply it by the length adjuster…
Short- x1
Medium- x1.35 (35% rise)
Long- x1.7 (70% rise)
Very long- x2.05 (105% rise)

If the following applies, multiply it by these…
Mod- x0.9 (10% discount)
Pure- x1.1 (10% rise)
F2P quest- x0.5 (50% discount)

Example: Cabin Fever is a medium length experienced quest. So take 3m X 1.35 = 4.05m. If this is for a pure, 4.05m X 1.1 = 4.455m.
