any free accounts

hi all of sythe.
i havnt been playin rs for a long time but i wanna get back into the game so i was wondering if anyone on sythe would have any free spare accounts that you dont need anymore and are able to give to me.
im not fussed about the stats just a starting off account please.
all accounts will be vouched for and will be takin care by me with the greatest respect.
if anyone even flames on my thread i will not hesitate to report you for spam.

Why not just make your own account, it's really not that hard and you've posted on the wrong section i'm guessing. The chances of someone giving you a legit account and not recovering it are really low, so just watch out and be safe.
