Maybe it was someone else from another forum. Anyway, it won't matte if it is a manipulation or not, it's a market strategy. If you would like to pay over 200m as he said do so, if not then just don't do it and offer lower than 200m. If it is true what he says he will sell it to the other guy, if not he will have no other option than selling it to you.

It does not matter who offered him it but if someone bids higher than this than the person who bid higher gets outbid by a mysterious person that proof would be needed.

Everything in life does this "till death" look @ ebay most people there have these things that keep biding over you till their minimum price they would want is set and its just a way to keep people bidding or think its so worth it.

My opinion is if hes getting 350m for both of these take it. No is a great name is Varrock is BOSS as hell but idk if people are that rshoes to buy names for 350m for both or even 250m for one.

1)player who buys does not want that he bought the name published. (kids rip on him for name buying)
2)easier for jagex to catch selling of name/accounts (Your selling login name which is an account)

 

tbh, just the rarity of these names are enough.. it's only 1 Varrock and 1 No in whole rs, when i take priv on i get spammed by ppl who sais "omg it's No!" or "OMFG it's Varrock!"
