How to juggle a Football ~ Beginners.

I have formed this thread just for people who want to find their talent or wish to view A different way of Juggling a football.

Okay to start off you will need a Football, an open space and lots of patience. J
Step 1:Once you’ve met these requirements, shake your arms and legs and try to relax.
Step 2: Put one of your feet on the football.
Step 3: Roll your foot which is on the ball backwards towards you.
Step 4: Quikly lift your opposite foot upwards so that the ball is in the air in front of you.
Step 5: Kick the ball with your other foot to keep the football from hitting the ground.
Step 6: Kick the ball over and over with you opposite foots to keep the ball airborne.

The Rules:

1: You can’t touch the ball with you’re hands at any point during this exercise.
2: Every time the ball hits your foot it is counted as 1 juggle.
3. No running around after the ball if it hits the side of your foot as it will make you look like a goose.
