RSGP Rollbacks

So i purchased gold for the first time last night, bought 73M..

Spent about 13M of it on items and banked the rest of my gold (other than 500k in my pouch)

Logged in this morning and the other 60M in my bank was gone,
Checked my acc status, No warnings or any sign they knew I purchased gold.
No one had logged into my account. Talked to the guy I purchased from and he said He has had gold rolled back a few times before.

I was wondering with RSGP Rollbacks, is my GP back in the sellers hands? Or has it just disappeared. Rolling it back would mean returning it to a previous time, so it should be back in the sellers bank, correct?

The GP will not be back in the sellers hands, it will have just disappeared. That is very unlucky to be caught out, your seller must be chinese or something, they are very common to get gold wipes from. Try buying from someone in America or what-not.

Sry for your loses but the gold was erased from RS entirely...

 

Rollbacks have been very common over the last month or so. Some people have been rolledback for billions of RSGP worth thousands of dollars. I'm sorry for your loss though. Hopefully the situation does die down.
