    Hi there,

    I'm looking to buy a level 4 skiller. I have a maximum budget of 100m to spend on one. These are what I require from the account:

    • Seller MUST be trusted.
    • Account has to have no email registered/recovery quests/jag.
    • Needs to have some 99's.
