Recovering an Account

The other day one of my mains got hacked and for some reason it wont let me recover whenever i put in my email it says to try posting another recovery in an hour and so ill try it the next day and it will say the same thing. Does anyone have a solution for this or at-least know why its happening?

 

Jagex has a fucked up recovery system.... all i can say...

 

If you don't have the email or someone has registered one on your account your best option is "[email protected]" it is the fastest replying system because it is the most universal staff position (every mod is active in it).

If your account is a member you will get it back within 3 days, assuming you'be provided the proper details.

Non members usually get their accounts back in 5-7 days.

If you need a lock, you can make a new account and post on forums telling them to lock your account.

In your email tell them you have no history of the email and need it removed, include your recovery questions, date creted, ISP, IP, membership, etc, etc.

 

post on forums requesting the account be locked, then they can do an ip check on the account creator. if your ip is the original you can get it back very soon. if you look around on the forums you will find dozens of other threads almost exactly like yours and itll help get a grip on alternative methods to get your account back.
