Selling Blank Guildwars II for Runescape Account

As it says in the title, I have a blank guildwars 2 account. I purchased the game quite a while ago and really never got into it too much. Theres maybe one character on the account at a very low level. I am willing to trade this for a Runescape account of in the level range of 60-80 with some quests done etc does not have to be amazing.
