iTunes Card swap to PlayStation Network.

Hey, i'm looking for swap my iTunes card $30 to PlayStation Network.. Today, i went to EB games store, iTunes card has simple with PlayStation Network so i bought it. I checked after i bought, it is was different name, i was like oh no! So i came back to EB games, same local and same person who seller, may can i money back, she says no, because we have to follow the policies.
