Terms of Service
1. I will not get the items needed, you will provide the items needed.
2. If your account gets banned/rolledback during this service I will provide a 40% return. EXCEPT if the ban or rollback happens within 24 hours of the start of the service then I will provide a full refund. You will also not blame me or flame me if your account gets banned/rolledback.
3. You must not change the password during the service or attempt to log on without first telling me if you do either of these things the service will be stopped and you will not be refunded.
4.You must have a pin and recovery, you must also change the password to a new password before giving me the account information. This is to help prevent any hacking from previously giving out the password or in case a script you used has a key logger. If an account does get hacked/stolen during my service I am not responsible.
5. I have permission to record all msn discussions and in game transactions, and they will be used against you in the case of a dispute.
6. I have the right to decline any service request.
7. I can stop a service at anytime for any reason if it is not for a reason above I will provide you with a full refund.
8. All items gained from powerleveling will be left on the account for the owner ex woodcutting I will leave all logs and bird nests gotten from the skill.

e. If you are worried about you account being banned you may request a maximum number of hours a day our account powerleveled, no less then 8 hours a day though. Also accounts with 1 defense or very low defense will be charged more on combat skills because lower levels of defense limit areas to train and thus exp per hour. F2P accounts will also be charged more. (Will have to discuss on msn).

Hey, Not going to place an order now may come back later and place one once you get some vouches.. But a word of advice your prices look very cheap which is a great thing, all except one.. Cooking is a little overpriced though in my opinion since it is by far the fastest 99 you can get in the game but idk just my opinion..
