Sorry but 10-30m for a cmplete website is very poor.

I would recommend going to Kinaesthic as he, basically, is the best. He does ask higher prices though but you will get nothing but quality for that in return

Even if you find him too expensive though, I'll doubt you will find anyone really good willing to design a complete website for you for a mere 10-30m :/

I'm up for the job, providing you're willing to pay on the higher end of that budget.

With the help of Co1dfusion's CSS skills, I developed all the graphics and got my site up in under 2 days.

Although it is no longer online, I do have the files left in my documents if you would like a sample of my work.
