Besides, I don't really see how this is possible to do with a MM.

 

I only need membership card. Not PIN and not credit or paypal upgrade. I need card.

 

The card contains a membership pin, so whether you call it a card or a pin really doesn't matter - it's one and the same.

 

The MM takes the money, you apply the pin, he pays you. I would like to purchase by that method if possible?
