This account is not done yet. It will be done in about 2 or 3 weeks, it will never have RS membership, meaning it will be f2p, and it will have no Magic cape (it will come with 100k and other junk). The combat level is going to be 50 if the calculator is right. I'm posting this to see what kind of offers I will get.
