A little background info on this account:

It was my grandmothers before she passed away. I deleted the Recovery Questions and the Bank Pin, but I can not delete the Registered Email Address, because her Email no longer exists. she used the one provided by her Internet Service. When she passed away we cancelled the service and they deleted the Email Address.

I don't use the account, and I would rather someone else use it rather than it just sit.

I am looking for about 20mil RSGP, but will take best offer whether RSGP or items.
