I can train any skill other than Dungeoneering and Slayer. (some exceptions such as small orders)

Granite Rocks, yes. No water tiara. I usually substitute it with 2-3 waterskins + Humidify Runes Steam Staff.

MM course, yes. Currently 70 Agility.
