1-39 Defence & 70+ Range: 35$ <- May turn down depending on mood.
1-39 Defence & 90+ Range: 25$

2. Requirements
-Must be Verified on PayPal(some acceptions may apply, contact me for details.)
-70+ Range on RuneScape

-Must paste this text into the PayPal Send Money form when sending me the money:

5. Questions and Answers.
Q - What if you get my cape and I dont send you the money?
A - When i get your cape, i will screenshot you acc with the cape, and ask you to send the money with the quoted text in the requirements. If you fail to oblige, i will either take runes from your acc, and alch the cape, or simply drop the cape and wait for it to dissapear.

Q - Do you take RS Accounts?
A - Simply put. No.

Q - How many pins is it for a cape?
A - Depends on your stats, message me on MSN and we will discuss.

 

this is just a suggestion, but you might wanna put a picture of you having a fire cape, or you getting one, or nobody is going to want to let you do their's
