League of Legends Poster [Wanted]

Hello, I am looking for someone to make me a league of legends poster,
I need the dimensions of

12 inches by 24 inches

Looking to spend 10M-20M of runescape gold, of course can put a watermark on it to show. I can go as far as 30M if needed but rather not spend more XD
