    I investigated a little the pictures he gave, but as i can see in right corner after selecting the MW3 gift, it says (BLOCAT) in romanian means blocked, and down " Cadourile sunt deblocate dupa ce un cont Steam are un status.. " means : The gifts are unblocked after a steam account have a status .. probably a good status. So, he can't trade for the gifts because he got the vac status banned, or trade status banned.

    edit: do not swear,please. Parca nu il stiai pe balexoy ma dar vad ca tu ai numele asta.
