60-70 = always $40 higher offers depends on what's on it.
70-80 = always $70 higher offers depends on what's on it.
80-90 = always $120 higher offers depends on what's on it.
90-100 = always $150 higher offers depends on what's on it.
100-110 = always $200 higher offers depends on what's on it.
110-* = always $340 higher offers depends on what's on it.

Will pay $7 extra for every mill on it.
Will pay $80 extra for every 90-99 skill
Will pay $40 extra for fire cape.
Will pay $120 extra for skill cape: Woodcutting, Ranged, Mage, Fishing.
Will pay $230 extra for skill cape: Summoning, Hunter, Crafting

I don't want account with: Recovery Questions ore Bank Pin.
