    Taking bets with PP is against their terms of service and may get your account shut down.

    PP transactions are also easily reversible, so unless you are very trusted, most people won't accept PP from you in the first place.

    Those are the two main reasons why nobody (that I know of) here does betting with PP.

    You can get around it being illegal to bet with paypal by simply buying GP and betting with that. Quite a few people including the guy above me take bets with RSGP. I myself run poker for RSGP if you're interested in that kind of stuff.
