messaged you on msn. my connection got dropped, and i will not send you exp while a dispute is open

 

I opened a dispute on paypal, then he signed in telling me his connection dropped, I closed the dispute then he logged off again.

still no exp.

 

been 3 hours now, still not heard from him.

If you're going to accuse someone of scamming, then post proof.

 

the dispute is close about 17 hours ago, and your connection didn't drop because you sent money to some other guy after I sent you mine, and you're offline on MSN since the dispute is closed.

today is the last day of the mt dew xp, if you didn't transfer my exp then you're just a scam.

(TIL that there's still people who scam just for 14 bucks.)

when I sent him my money and he signed out, I waited 30 minutes waiting for him to sign in, when he didn't I opened the dispute, then he immediately sign in and told me I need to close the dispute that was open, and sent me a screenshot



he said his connection dropped right when I sent him the money, but the screenshot says otherwise, as he was able to transfer money to somewhere else AFTER I sent him my money.

I'm waiting for the mods to do something here!
