Will you go lower if I buy 4? Any idea if I can use two different cards to purchase rs jcoins? Also, do you know if there is a wait time? OMM is needed because you do not want to go first

Also, I wouldn't be paying for the OMM, considering you could go first since I have 70+ vouches and donated 50$.

13M each for 4 upgrades = 52M at a .4/M, it equals 20$. I've got way more to lose.

If you are willing to do 12M ea, I will buy 4. Also, I do not believe in going first even to someone with a lot of vouches. I will use n4n0, so free OMM.

 

If you need legitimate UGC's, I can sell you all you need. The price will be 18M ea though, or 14M per 30-day Runescape membership cards.
