My current experience:

MSL (mIRC Scripting Language): 6 years
I can code nearly anything from scratch in it, given clear, realistic objectives. I can code IRC bots, games, modules/snippets for existing bots, implement functions in your bot and give general advice and fix broken code.

VB.NET: 1 year
I'm picking up this language with relative ease, currently have 2 RuneScape related applications in development to be released soon.

HTML/PHP/MySQL: 4 years
While not an expert in this field, I've had on-and-off work with it over time and can help you with school projects, relatively simple websites and such. Can also assist with WordPress CMS.
