is prom weldable in the game outside of the dung floors?

I recommend not trusting him. You cannot wield dungeoneering items after 'purchase' unless you resmuggle them in and then smuggle out wielded. Though I may not be crab (hej), I have abused many glitches, such as the 12th (xlogging-non leaked version that still works), Stealing Creation Potions, and the Heal. Thus, I suggest not listening to Jpo, as I do not think you can still wield after smuggled outside.
