    A guy that was recently banned gomez11221 (gomez11221) recovered an OSRS account I bought from him. Is there anyway i could get details about his sythe acc etc to try and recover the account back? ip / isp / zip code / registration email/ any other relevent info ?

    We don't/can't give out information like that. Chances are even if you had all this info, he'd just continue to recover it back until it gets locked by Jagex. It's not a recovery battle you'd win. I'll add this report to his ban reason in case he wants to rejoin the community in the future, he'll have to repay you. Sorry for your loss.
