Selling RS account on playerauction questions

Well someone has ordered an account from the sale I created on playerauction and is currently pending and waiting for my confirmation and it's my first time selling an account. Here are the things the buyer requested:

everything looks good except the verifying by a jmod? why would a jmod verify an account sold on playerauction? doesn't that lead to my account getting terminated?.. as this trade is illegal and against the rules.

also, the ip address thing? he's asking for ip address? why would i give my icurrent ip address away? doesn't that lead me vulnerable?

 

firstly, dont give him your ip that won't really mean much for anything other then him having something on you. "How did you make purchases for this account which payment method at which location and which IP Adres" there again he is asking for the ip, how would you even know the answer to this.
and yea, no jmod is going to verify this info ur either dealing with someone who is also very new to rs acc buying/selling or someone that is wasting ur time
