PlzPenn Possible Scammer

I was about to sell PlzPenn a XBL code for 3 months, for 27m. He insisted that I go first as i am new, so i ended up agreeing a world and place. He then said oh Nvm i am trading with another user called Soo real. So I lowered the price and he then got his account online on RS and added me. He faked a Wrong Chat, as shown in the picture, and then started saying his window closed even though he was still online. He then went to appear offline. I have screenies of the chat here, and also a screenie of me talking to Soo Real on PM saying that he has never spoken to him in his life:
