Re-dispute Of: Possible Scam Report: Starvin Marvin and Protrainer4u

I am disputing the decision of non refund under the following reason:


"Their service is being shut down for the reasons expressed in your report. However considering you had seen and knew before what you were getting yourself into regarding the lack of "proof" for their service, you will not be refunded."

The reason for my dispute is the fact that I was under the impression that I would be given solid confirmation, through the fact it was stated by starvin marvin:

It CLEARLY states that proof would be given, and I at no point was under the impression that it would be a smokescreen deal, nor anywhere on the thread does it mention that no solid proof will be given.

I also request a refund under the fact that it is stated that pmod recs will be continually sent each week until a player mod status is achieved. Since their shop is closed, they will obviously not be doing this, especially to the person who is responsible for their shop closing.

Under those pretexts, I ask the the staff evaluate this from this standpoint and reconsider the decision. 40$ is a lot of money just to be wasted, without anything in return.

You were aware at the lack of Photo evidence given to the other members. The decision has been discussed in the SL, and it is final.

 

Additionally, you are getting a 90 day ban for the vouching interaction with your other accounts.
