Ban Reason: DNT Evasion

Jebou
Ban Reason: Scamming 20M (August 4th, 2011) - Jebou = scammer

(I have worked with off-site staff to confirm these debts).
Powerbot Off-site scam #1 = 35m RS3
Powerbot Off-site scam #2 = 40m RS3

20M RS3 (Gold in 2011 was $1-1.20/M so meeting in the middle @ 1.10/M) = $22/26.5M 07
75m RS3 (Gold in 2012 for RS3 was .65-.75/M so meeting in the middle @ .70/M) = $52.5/61.74M 07

Before we can proceed with the pardon you'd have to refund these debts, which accumulates to $74.5 PP/88.24m 07.
