I Dont Really Get It Why To Some People Sell Upgrades For like 12m And The Others For Like 20m Surely Paying 20m for A 1 month Upgrade Is A Complete Rip Off Mabye Im Wrong Lol

 

You have a point... sort of.

Take a look at it from this angle; If you're a reputable seller and have a considerable amount of vouches (e.g. 2,000), then it allows you to sell your products (in this case, upgrades) for a "premium price". If someone had 2,000 vouches for selling upgrades and sold their upgrades for 20m and someone else had 0 vouches and was selling for 12m, I think I would trust the person with 2000 vouches and pay the extra 8m just for the sakes of not being scammed and a fast, easy trade.

Also it depends on how much the person bought them for. If they bought a few for 14m they may be hoping to flip them and sell them for some extra cash

It is that but also another reason... People are trying to make a profit. Due to gold prices falling low, the upgrade sellers raise there prices so that they can continue to make a profit rather than losing money. I think some people continue to sell them at 10-12m due to it being the only way for them to essentially "buy" rsgp...

 

Let's remember that paying 20m for an upgrade isn't necessarily a rip-off. I know 20m these days is around $12 which costs more than to purchase membership through Jagex, but let's remember that Jagex doesn't allow you to purchase membership with RSGP. Personally I'd pay the RSGP price just because I can make RSGP in the game which basically means the membership is free for me.
