pushed some updates towards economy, check it out!

 

Todays changes:

- Fixed a teleporting to assault minigame issue.
- Reworked the whole starter package to fit into the current economy.
- New teleport npc added to lunar home teleport.
this npc will teleport you to the Elf camp, where elf warriors defender there city.
Kill these elf's to get a chance on getting a crystal bow, key or shield! These chances are RARE.

updates for today:

- Crystal chest has been added to lunar home teleport location. Gives you an uncut dragonstone and a random cash reward from 1 to 150k.
- Crystal bow now fully degrades.
- The barrow chest has been revamped, barrow items are more rare now.
- Melee xp is changed to a lower rating.
- Elf warrior now should have the right attacking GFX, also changed his attacks to ranged.
- Better build jail system.
- Command to check players bank (admin only)
