Text Message sythe? O em g

So I was thinking maybe you can set up a feed of some sort to threads and people can subscribe to them and get notifications of new posts to their phones. Basically like the facebook feature, we get the notification and we reply to it from our phone?

 

Who would set it up? Sythe isn't owned by a huge company who can hire people to do these things.

Um, what's the point of this? You can't reply back if you don't have net on your phone and would be a waste of money setting this up with only a few thousand people.

Stupid idea, if you wanted to go on sythe to do stuff, why not just do it on a laptop, internet capable phone or PSP or a normal computer!

 

Listen people stop bashing the thread and use your brains. If it was based off of facebooks method you wouldnt need net. As most phones allow you to txt to email adresses without using net which is what facebook does.

Text messaging would also cost Sythe, pointless spending when it could be used to improve the hosting etc..

Bad idea. It would cost too much money, unless we wanted to pay for it. (which I'm sure no one does except rich, post-count whores) It's just a forum, and you don't need to reply to everything right away. Just get internet on your phone if you really want to go on sythe that badly.

Hehe, this has to be the most shot-down idea ever. I too shoot that shit down. Why would you need to see if someone replied to your thread that badly? It almost seems obsessive.
