RSbuddy/Norton Help

Hey Sythe,
I've been trying to fix this problem of mine for a few days now, with no luck.
Basically, after Orion became RSBUDDY, I had to get the new client. Every time I try to download it, I get a false positive from Norton, who instantly removes it. I am positive it is the correct site and not a phishing site dw. I believe this is due to it being a relatively new name that according to Norton, "not many users have" yet. I've tried disabling auto-protect, which allows me to download it, but as soon as I enable Norton again, it removes it. I'd like to find a way to make the RSBUDDY client an exception without reducing my computer's safety.

u need to adjust your firewall and allow rsbuddy

 

Just unblock with your security settings and should be good! Never had this issue and I have norton

 

allow it under permissions within your firewall settings
