    Inquiry By PayPal? Account Limited?
    Recently I did a small transaction and PayPal decided to hold the funds and limit my account from the transacton.
    I now have $300 held on my account with no way of taking them out. I verified my PayPal via Etrade so I may be screwed.
    Can anyone offer help?

    If the PayPal is verified the usual limitation hold is relased within 5 business days.
