rsbots.net site down?

IS the site down because it keeps saying when i go there cannot display webpage it has happened 2 times before never lasting more than 3 hours but iv never seen anyone else complain about it so whats going on? Is it just me or other people?

Please post possible fixes if its my fault and i have also tried it on another computer No Luck

Just started working again i dont know why it keeps doing this to me i think Abby was a little pissed at some of sigs lol she took it a little to personaly
